The specialist contractors (the Olivetti Group) who worked on the burial area of Richard’s Greyfriars resting place (now relocated to the Richard III Visitors Centre) have used the word “eerie” to describe the experience. Their task was to replace the protective glazing that protects it, which was cracked by a bottle accidentally dropped by a visitor.
