St Matthew’s Church, Coldridge. AQ 2883 (Alan Quick, Crediton Courier)

For those of us interested in/intrigued by the mystery at Coldridge, there is to be a talk about the church and its history on Saturday, March 21 between 10am and 4pm. Tickets at £10 each.

The mystery is, of course, whether the older of the two Princes in the Tower, known as Edward V, was actually hidden away in the obscurity of Coldridge, where he led a quiet life well away from the dangers of the political scene. To read more about this, go to these links:

One response to “An upcoming event at Coldridge Church….”

  1. Topic is gargantuan. As Eileen can tell you.

    Only one way to respond:

Alice laughed. “There’s no use trying,” she said: “one can’t believe impossible things.”
“I daresay you haven’t had much practice,” said the Queen. “When I was your age, I always did it for half-an-hour a day. Why, sometimes I’ve believed as many as six impossible things before breakfast.”

Let’s make it seven, eh? And not at all impossible!
