If, like me, you like to browse around websites about life in the past, you might be interested in this link, https://tinyurl.com/2tk5meck, which takes you to a website called Old & Interesting. You’ll soon realise that not everything in the site dates back to the medieval period, but it’s very interesting all the same.

I happened upon it because I wanted to know more about tallow candles, about which the article is very informative. I have compiled the images above, one of which isn’t from Old & Interesting. Another is a different version of one that is too small on the site. But they all pertain to the article, which contains more images of items connected to candlemaking. Plus images and articles about much, much more from the past.

Try the site, I’m sure you’ll find it as interesting and entertaining as I did.
