This link leads to a photo of Richard III as depicted in stained glass in Rochdale Town Hall. The boy with him is Edward V.
Richard and Edward are by no means the only English/British monarchs honoured in this way. The series runs from William the Conqueror to William IV, with Oliver Cromwell thrown in for good measure.
At present, the Town Hall is being restored and is not open to visitors. However, it should reopen for tours in 2023 and is well worth seeing if you are in the area. Rochdale is easily reached from Manchester by train, tram or bus. (Train is the fastest way, but the station is rather far out – unless you like a walk take a tram from outside the station into the town centre.)
In the interim a virtual tour is available. This might help persuade you that a real visit would be worthwhile.
The town also has a medieval parish church which is open on certain afternoons in the summer months.
