  1. Is the term ‘Cousins’ War’ now an official designation? I always thought it was something invented by Philippa Gregory.

  2. It was invented by PG. The fact it has become quite common to use the term is a measure of her influence. Novels do have influence – for better or worse.

  3. I always thought it was something more than a coincidence that the decision to start the Looking For Richard project was taken in the Cramond Inn, a favourite place of Robert Louis Stevenson and which featured in another of his books, kidnapped.
