Yes, Sid James’ was probably the best portrayal of Henry VIII on screen, but the first (Arthur BOURCHIER, 1911) actually shared the surname of some of that King’s (apparent) relatives:

    My favorite Henry is Charles Laughton. The last line of the movie is when he looks bitterly into the camera and remarks about Katherine Parr: “Six wives and the best of them’s the worst!”
